Like clothes and shoes, styles and designs of floor coverings change over time. More and more flooring technology come out in the market and you don't want your business to be outdated. Whether you are redesigning your office completely or feel that a certain type of flooring does not anymore represent the image you wish to portray, then this might be the right time to get new flooring.

Worn out and Damaged

We all agree that nothing lasts forever. If your floor coverings are visibly damaged and worn out, they might have reached the end of their lifespan. Don't cheap out because the floor occupies a lot of space. You can't hide the damage and water leaks. Why would you need new floors if you're not going to use it? Because they increase the market value of the place you're trying to rent out.
